Consistently courteous staff
Big beds, electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and work desk in the room. Breakfast with ready-made rolls for taking out if required and a packed meal. - Good and perfect location near a tram stop. - Smooth check-in process. - Free Wi-Fi throughout the property

As a regular at the Hotel Focus, I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Lodz. Very friendly and helpul staff, great restaurant for dinner and very good breakfast. The best shower in the world! Easy and secure parking.
As you need a car since the hotel is not right in the city centre, the parking should be free for guests.

The room was large and fashionable with high ceilings, a huge window, and a bathroom. Had the best night sleep. - the location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to the center. - Close enough to the shopping center and a train station. - Variety of food for breakfast, everything was good.

The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast buffet were excellent. We attended a workshop which being hosted in the hotel, and were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the conference room.
The coffee. The product quality was low compared to the establishment serving it.

Big rooms in totaly renovated building. Excellent breakfast. Secured private parking (add. 30 Zloty) with easy acces to ring roads.
No airco, sleeping on the street side with open window on a warm night is pretty noisy. Variable prices, I wanted to book again for 2 weeks later and prices doubled on Booked.net

The breakfast was quite good. And I liked the fact that the rooms are big. Free wifi is always an advantage too.
The room I stayed in would need a little renovating - especially the walls.
